Ingredients

½ red onion diced
1 tomato deseeded and diced
10 cm piece cucumber
Handful coriander (cilantro)
4 tablespoon natural yoghurt
Pinch black pepper
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon chilli powder
1 lemon, juiced optional

Mix everything together in a bowl.
Taste and if necessary add more spices, salt or pepper.
