This spiced cod fish finger recipe is great make with and for your kids! They're so easy for children to make and far healthier than bought fish fingers as you know exactly what is in them!

Ingredients

300 g cod loin
2 tbsp plain flour
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg beaten
4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
2 teaspoon dukkah

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°c (180°c fan)
Slice the cod into strips about 2cm wide. Lightly oil a baking tray too.
Get three bowls ready to coat the fish in breadcrumbs. In the first bowl mix the flour, cayenne and salt. In the next bowl put the egg. In the last bowl put the breadcrumbs and dukkah.
Roll the fish fingers in the flour, then dip them in the egg and finally roll them in the breadcrumbs. Put them on the baking tray.
Bake the fish fingers in the oven at 200c for 15 minutes.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
