Simple Classic Guacamole

This easy classic guacamole is a really basic recipe but an absolute classic. There are no fancy extras just the minimum ingredients but it makes the best guacamole to go with fajitas, salads and tacos. Really quick and easy to make and so so much better than any bought guacamole.

Ingredients

2 avocados
1 lime juiced
Pinch salt
Pinch black pepper
1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

Remove the avocado flesh from the skins and put in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Mash well with a fork.
Taste and add extra seasoning if necessary.
