Schwartz Gluten Free Chilli Chicken with Chorizo

Ingredients

1 onion finely diced
100 g cooking chorizo diced
450 g chicken breast diced
1 sachet Schwartz Gluten Fee Chilli con Carne Recipe Mix
1 red pepper diced
400 g tin kidney beans drained and rinsed
400 g tin of chopped tomatoes

Instructions

Fry the onion and chorizo in a large saucepan for about 5 minutes until beginning to brown.
Add the chicken and stir until is is cooked on the outside.
Stir in the Recipe Mix and cook for another minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients plus about 125ml of water. Bring to the boil then simmer for about 10 minutes. Give a good stir and continue to simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with rice or gluten free bread.
