Ingredients

2 salmon fillets or steaks
2 tablespoon ketchup
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and taste it. Spread it on both sides of the fish and leave for at least 30 minutes.

Different ways to cook the salmon

Wrap the salmon in a tin foil parcel and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Or
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon on all sides
or
Grill the salmon
