This refreshing mango and strawberry smoothie is a great way to get one of your 5 a day! Strawberries are amazing in smoothies and go brilliantly with mango. It's a really healthy way to start the day and the slight hint of ginger gives it some extra oomph too!

Ingredients

300 g strawberries
½ mango
1 teaspoon root ginger grated
200 ml water ice cold

Instructions

Put all the ingredients into a jug blender and blitz. Alternatively you can blend with a stick blender.
