A tasty smoothie made with apple, banana, kiwi fruit, spinach and of course ginger! This really will keep you healthy this winter.

Ingredients

1 banana
1 apple peeled and cored
1 kiwi fruit peeled
1 teaspoon root ginger
1 handful spinach
200 ml cold water

Metric - US Customary

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a blender. I use a Nutribullet.
Blitz for 1 minute

Notes

You can also add ice cubes to the before blending if you want the smoothie to be ice cold.

Make sure the smoothie cup isn't too full. Don't fill above the max line.
