Easy Marinated Griddled Chicken

This easy marinated griddled chicken recipe is a great recipe idea for when you've got some chicken and want to make something really simple with it. It's delicious served with salad and bread.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
2 garlic clove
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon coriander
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 lemon juiced
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Coat the chicken in the marinade and leave for 1-2 hours or overnight
Heat a griddle pan and cook the chicken for about 15 minutes, turning half-way through. If you don't have a griddle pan then use a frying pan or grill the chicken instead.
Serve with salad and bread.
