Doritos Breaded Chicken

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts Cut into strips no more than 1cm thick
2 tablespoon plain flour
1 teaspoon Mexican seasoning Optional but adds a little extra flavour
1 egg beaten
120 g chilli heatwave Doritos crushed
spray oil

Instructions

Mix the Mexican seasoning into the flour and coat the chicken in it.
Dip the chicken in the egg and then in the crushed Doritos.
Place the chicken in the air fryer and spray with a little oil.
Air fry at 95℃ for about 12 minutes. Turn the chicken over after 8 minutes.

Oven instructions

If you prefer, you can also cook this chicken in the oven. Preheat the oven to 200℃ and then bake for about 18 minutes.
