Creamy Feta Dip with Sumac and Lemon

This creamy feta dip is absolutely delicious and so simple to make! You need to make it next time you're putting toether a cheese or crudites board. Salty feta, yogurt, lemon zest and mint along with a little sumac make this a really tasty addition that's great for spreading or using as a dip!

Ingredients

150 g feta cheese
80 g Greek yogurt
1 lemon zested
1 garlic clove crushed
8 mint leaves or ½ teaspoon dried mint leaves
1 teaspoon sumac
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Pinch salt

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to the blender. Blitz till smooth.
Taste and adjust the seasonings. I almost always tinker with it a little at this point! You may need more sumac, garlic or salt for example. You can also squeeze in some of the lemon juice if it needs more lemon flavour.
