Courgetti Salad

A simple spiralized courgette salad with a lemon and baharat dressing.

Ingredients

1 large courgette
2 spring onions sliced lengthwise and then into pieces about 5cm long
1 lemon juiced
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon baharat seasoning
1 garlic clove crushed

Instructions

Spiralize the courgette or if you don't have a spiralizer you could slice it into thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
Put the courgetti and spring onion in a bowl
In a small bowl or jar mix together the remaining ingredients for the dresssing. Mix well or shake.
Pour the dressing over the courgetti and toss together.
