Banana Blueberry Nice Cream

Next time you have some overripe bananas make this healthy banana blueberry nice cream with a hint of almond. It's so refreshing on a hot day. Perfect for desserts or snacks and easy to make too!

3 bananas
140 g blueberries frozen
¼ teaspoon almond extract
60 ml milk or milk substitute It can be cow's milk, almond milk, coconut milk, soya milk etc

Instructions

Slice the bananas and put them on a baking tray covered in non-stick baking paper. Freeze for at least 2 hours
Put the milk, bananas, blueberries and almond extract in a blender or food processor. Blitz until smooth. You will need to keep stopping and scraping down the sides to make sure everything gets fully blended.
Eat immediately or put in a freezer proof container and put back in the freezer until you want to eat it.
