Ingredients

2 apples peeled and cut into wedges
1 teaspoon cinnamon
500 g quark
2 teaspoon honey
4 tablespoon granola
apple crisps optional, to serve

Instructions

Put the apples and cinnamon in a saucepan with 100ml of water. Heat over a low heat, stirring occasionally. Leave to cool.
Stir the honey into the quark
Divide the quark, apples and granola between two bowls and serve.
