Air Fryer Cod Parcels

Air fried cod with green beans, capers and a lemon garlic butter sauce

These air fryer cod parcels are ideal for an easy dinner or even a date night meal. They're easy to make, mess free and totally delicious. If you're looking for an alternative to traditional battered fish and chips, give these a try!

Swan Retro Dual Basket Air Fryer

Ingredients

300 g cod I use skinless and boneless
40 g capers
1 garlic clove crushed
25 g butter
½ lemon squeezed
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
120 g green beans

Instructions

Take a large piece of foil and wrap everything up inside. Put in the air fryer at 195℃ for 15 minutes.
At the same time I air fried some chips to go with it but you can have any side you want.
Unwrap the foil parcel carefully and check the fish is cooked through. If necessary, give it a few more minutes.
