Air Fried Baked Potato

This is the way to make a perfect air fried jacket potato. It's easy to make using a combination of the microwave then the air fryer. It comes out soft inside with crispy skin! It's everything you want from a great baked potato!

Ingredients

250 g Baking potato A floury variety is best
1 teaspoon oil I use olive oil
Pinch Salt

Instructions

Make a few pricks in the potato with a knife or a fork.
Put the potato in the microwave and cook on high power for 8 minutes, turning over after 4 minutes.
Brush the oil and salt all over the potato and air fry for 20 minutes at 200℃. Turn the potato over after 10 minutes.
Serve with butter and your choice of toppings.
